Join us for this fun filled event! Register and join Trivia as an individual, register and join a team with friends, or register your entire team all at once! It’s up to you! All registration fees are tax deductible! Registration Deadline for trivia was 9:00am CST on June 16th, and has since closed! However, Host Level Donations and Mulligan Packs can still be added!

Once you register, and optionally purchase a “mulligan” pack and/or donate at a host level, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation. As we get closer to our event, we will be sending out reminders and details, including the zoom link for Trivia! Silent Auction details below! Join us for a Virtual Silent Auction running through our trivia night, from June 15 through June 17. Our silent auction will go live at 9:00am CST on 6/15. All proceeds go toward advancing our mission and supporting stomach cancer research and awareness!

How will I join virtually?
As we get closer to our event, we will send out the Zoom link to all participants via email.
Can all my team members sign up and pay individually?
Yes! Just be sure all team members know the “Team Name” you decide on, so we can easily group you together and provide your information to the host. The trivia host will be setting up break out rooms for each team to discussion question answers.
How is the event structured?
The event will begin with introductions and instructions, followed by jumping into the event! There will be multiple rounds, with “content sessions” in between rounds for event remarks, chance for Project Periwinkle speakers to address the group, and for reminders about the silent auction. Each round will begin with the host running through all the round’s questions, then sending the teams into break out rooms to answer and submit responses to the questions, before bringing players back into the main session. Entering and exiting breakout rooms is all done by the host. All you need to do is play and enjoy!
What is the team captain, and do we need one?
The team captain will be the individual who will submit team answers. You have until the event begins to decide on a captain.
Can participants be in the same physical location and room, sharing one zoom call?
Yes! You can be in the same room using the same device to call into the Trivia event. The team captain can use another device to submit answers, such as another computer, a phone or tablet. But no cheating!
How will my team’s members talk and discuss the trivia questions?
At the beginning of each round, the trivia host will go through all the round’s questions. Then the host will put all teams in a Zoom Break Out Room, where each team has time to answer and submit. The trivia host will take care of sending teams into break out rooms and returning individuals to the main Zoom session.
How do you ensure teams won’t cheat?
All participants are on the honor system. But who cheats, especially at a trivia event supporting charity?!
