Steps To Host a Fundraiser
Step 1
Hosting a fundraiser is a great way to help spread awareness about stomach cancer, while also raising funds for medical research. Fundraisers can be held where ever you would like, just pick a date, a venue, and a guest list. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to get started!
All costs and values associated with hosting a fundraiser can be noted as in-kind donations and are tax-deductible!
Step 2
Once you have completed the form below, a member of our team will reach out to you. We will send you a package with Project Periwinkle branded materials such as awareness wristbands, brochures and information cards, and signage. Hosts are responsible for securing the venue, whether at a home or in a rented space, creating a guest list and inviting attendees, providing refreshments, and if wanted, gathering silent auction items for the event.
Step 3
HOST! Have a successful event and help raise money for research funding! At the conclusion of your event, return any unused materials we sent you (we’ll cover postage) and include any cash and check donations with donor information. We will take care of processing donations, thanking donors, and sending out donation receipts. It’s that simple!
